FLOCK TALKS//

The UoC Graphic Design® (aka Flock) will be hosting 3 high-profile speakers in February and March. Claire Parker (ex-CD of Design Bridge & Partners). Also Mr Craig Oldham of Office of Craig and Ian Wharton renowned branding and innovation expert, also author of ‘Spark for the Fire’.

BULLSHOT WINNER//

Tension was high for the return of our monthly ‘Bullshot’ darts competition at the studio Riverside arena. Tyler 'Southern Comfort’ Lambert came close but with no cigar to n-arrow-ly miss out on regaining the golden trophy against previous and now reigning champ, Dwayne ‘The Bullseye Reiver’ Bell. The engravers worked fast to add his name to the trophy for a 3rd successive time! See you all in 3 weeks for more fun and throwing. Until then, may the darts be with you, always.

WOW//

Here we feature a new section to the UoC Graphic Design® newsletter - WOW (Work Observed Weekly). This will feature a UoC Graphic Design® student's work we noticed during the week, that could be finished, in development or merely an ideation we think should be shared. This week we feature the work being produced by 1st year graphic student, Ryan Thompson for his work on the 2D Multi-dimensional module and the band logo ‘Tartan Dots’.
